Full Moon – Evening ride

As daylight fades, guests set out on a relaxed evening ride through quiet forest and bushland, where the familiar landscape begins to shift into something a little more magical.

The trail gently climbs toward a scenic lookout above the valley, arriving just in time to watch the full moon rise slowly over the horizon. As the sky deepens and the moonlight takes hold, guests pause to enjoy a charcuterie-style grazing spread and drink, taking in the stillness, the views, and the moment.

With the moon now lighting the way, the journey continues back through forest trails, where the bush comes alive in a completely different way—peaceful, atmospheric, and quietly adventurous.

Selected 2026 Dates (Weather Permitting) Arrival times are scheduled to ensure a relaxed ride and timely arrival at the lookout prior to moonrise.

  • Saturday 2 May – 4:00 pm arrival
  • Thursday 30 July – 4:30 pm arrival
  • Friday 28 August – 4:30 pm arrival
  • Sunday 27 September – 5:00 pm arrival

Duration: Approximately 3 hours, including check-in, guided ride, grazing stop and return journey.

Optional Add-On – Sauna and Cold Plunge
Complete the experience with a sauna and cold plunge session at the farm on return. A perfect way to relax, recover and finish the evening under the night sky.

Before Booking

Before booking, please note that:

  • Participants must be a minimum height of 160cms aged under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • For your safety and ours, we require a completed Participant Waiver and Release of Liability Form, and a Dietary and Health Form for each participant at the time of booking to confirm your tour.
  • Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to safety concerns or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.
  • All riders must wear helmets (provided) and flat, closed-toe shoes that cover the entire foot.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with Brindabella E-Bike Adventures. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions

Booking Policy

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • All bookings must be made online via our website or through an approved booking partner.
  • Some tours have minimum age or skill level requirements.
  • To ensure the correct bike size, we require the height of each participant at the time of booking.

Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Participation in our tours is subject to completion of a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of cycling and outdoor activities. By joining a tour, you accept these risks and agree to ride at your own risk. Some tours have minimum age or skill level requirement.

Age and Height Restrictions

  • To ensure the correct bike size, we require the height of each participant at the time of booking. Minimum height of participants is 170c
  • Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on our tours.
  • Guests aged 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Rider Responsibility

  • All riders must wear closed-toe shoes that cover the entire foot—no sandals, thongs, or high heels.
  • Helmets must be worn at all times (provided).
  • Riders are expected to follow guide instructions and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Participants are responsible for selecting a tour that suits their fitness, skill level, and health status.
  • Riders may be charged for any damage to equipment caused by negligence.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure.
  • Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to safety concerns or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

Equipment Provided

All guests are provided with a premium, well-maintained electric bike and helmet. Our e-bikes have multiple gears to handle a variety of terrain comfortably.

Weather Policy

Brindabella E-Bike Adventures operates in various weather conditions. However, for your safety, tours may be modified, postponed, or cancelled based on the weather. This includes but is not limited to:

a. Rains & Storms

Tours will proceed in light rain. We do not ride in severe weather, including thunderstorms, high winds, or low visibility. We closely monitor Bureau of Meteorology forecasts and may shorten or reroute tours accordingly to ensure safety.

b. Hot Weather

During hot periods (typically November to February), tours may be cancelled or modified if there is a significant risk of heat illness to guests or staff.

Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to follow our planned route, tour details may change due to trail conditions, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Limitation of Liability

Brindabella E-Bike Adventures is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless required by Australian consumer law.

Use of Photos & Media

Photos or video may be taken during tours and used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in marketing materials, please notify your guide prior to the start of the tour.
