What is included in an eBike adventure?

Each eBike adventure includes a quality electric bike, helmet, safety briefing, trail map, and guidance from our experienced local team. We tailor the experience to your fitness level and interests.

Do I need to be fit or have experience to ride an eBike?

Not at all! Our eBikes offer pedal assist, making it easy and enjoyable to ride—even on hills. They’re suitable for all fitness levels and no prior experience is needed.

What should I bring on my ride?

Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Bring sunscreen, water, and any personal items you might need during the ride. Each bike is equipped with a small pack for storing your phone, snacks, and day gear.

How long are the rides?

We offer a range of adventure options:

  • Half-Day Rides – A great scenic escape
  • Full-Day Rides – For deeper exploration at a relaxed pace
  • Extended Overnight & Multi-Day Guided Rides – Immersive experiences with camping or lodge stays
Are the trails suitable for families?

Yes, we offer family-friendly routes and a range of bike sizes. However, riders must be 15 years or older and accompanied by an adult if under 18. Please contact us to plan the best ride for your group.

What if it rains?

We ride in most weather conditions, including light rain. If the weather is deemed unsafe (e.g., storms or strong winds), we will reschedule your ride for another suitable date. Refunds are not provided for weather-related changes.

Can I bring my own bike?

No, we do not allow personal bikes on our adventures. All rides are conducted using our well-maintained, high-quality eBikes to ensure safety, consistency, and the best experience for all riders.

Do you offer group bookings or custom tours?

Absolutely. We cater to groups of all kinds—corporate, social, or special events. Reach out to plan a custom ride with us.

How do I book?

Book online through our website or contact us directly. Spots fill quickly, especially for weekends and overnight tours, so booking ahead is recommended.

Where are you located?

We’re based in the Brindabella Ranges near Canberra. Directions and meeting point details are provided upon booking.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All participants are required to complete a waiver before the ride. This can be done online during booking or on the day of your ride.

Are there any weight or height restrictions?

Yes. For safety and optimal bike performance, riders should generally be between 155cm–195cm tall and under 120kg. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help find the right fit.

What type of eBikes do you use?

We use high-quality electric mountain bikes designed for trail riding. Our bikes are comfortable, reliable, and regularly serviced to ensure a great ride every time.

Can I carry a camera or phone while riding?

Yes, and each bike includes a small pack for safe storage. We also make stops along the way so you can take photos and enjoy the scenery.

Is there mobile phone reception on the trails?

Reception varies depending on location and your provider. Our guides carry communication devices for safety on all guided rides.

What happens if I get tired or have a problem during the ride?

No worries—our eBikes make riding easier, and our guides are there to assist. If needed, we have backup options to ensure everyone gets back safely.

Are meals or refreshments included?

For full-day and overnight rides, we provide refreshments, picnic-style lunches, or camp meals depending on the tour. Half-day rides do not include meals, but you’re welcome to bring snacks.

Can I store personal belongings during the ride?

Yes. You can store small personal items in the bike’s onboard pack or securely at our base if not needed on the trail.
